Schneider's connection to the guitar runs deep. Although he began his musical life studying classical violin, he believed his path in music had come to an end when he eventually broke with his teacher. But everything changed when he picked up his sister's guitar--at first simply to accompany his singing and to write his own songs. That moment became the true beginning of his musical career, igniting a lifelong love for the instrument.

Max Tschida on piano and Georg Schrattenholzer on trombone contribute wonderfully expressive solos, while Georg Buxhofer on double bass and Walter Sitz on drums create a rhythmic foundation that is sometimes hot, sometimes cool, but always warm and inviting.
